These terms apply to the POKOTABI website and its venue subdomains. Please read them together with our privacy notice and editorial principles. If you have a question about these terms, contact [email protected].
You may use the website to explore places, read guides and event information, save places and contact us. You are responsible for using it lawfully and for checking details relevant to your visit.
The role of our information
A POKOTABI venue page is an independently prepared introduction unless authorised owner involvement is clearly identified. A listing, verification or link does not mean that POKOTABI owns, operates or guarantees the venue. Our content is not a substitute for current announcements from the business or organiser.
Opening hours, prices, menus, access arrangements and event schedules can change. Translations and published opinions may contain inaccuracies. Confirm bookings, dietary or accessibility needs and time-sensitive details directly with the relevant business. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, availability or that every detail is complete.
Bookings and other external services
Links to restaurants, organisers, maps, ticket sellers and booking services are provided for convenience. Their transactions, availability, charges and policies are their responsibility. Sending a POKOTABI enquiry does not make a reservation, purchase a ticket or send a message to the business.
Content and intellectual property
Rights in POKOTABI’s original presentation and content belong to their respective rights holders. Venue names, brands, photographs and other third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Being able to view material here does not grant permission to republish or commercially reuse it.
If you believe material infringes your rights, identify the page, material and basis of your request. We will assess it and may request information needed to verify the claim. Do not impersonate a rights holder or submit misleading removal requests.
Enquiries, corrections and contributions
Provide accurate information and only share material you have the right to submit. Do not send unlawful material, private information about others, spam, malicious links or content that misrepresents your connection to a business.
A correction request is permission to review the information, not automatic approval of a change. If you specifically submit material for publication, you retain your rights and permit POKOTABI to use and adapt that material for the agreed website purpose, including relevant translations and formatting. Private enquiry messages are not automatically treated as public contributions. Separate written terms may apply to commissioned or paid material.
Verification and paid services
Claiming or managing a venue page requires verification and an explicit grant of access; submitting an enquiry alone grants neither. Verification is not a quality rating, an endorsement or ownership of the platform.
Venue websites, advertising and other commercial services are subject to availability and a separate written agreement covering scope, price, payments, renewals, rights, support and cancellation. A service description is an invitation to enquire, not a completed order. Paid placements must be distinguishable from independent coverage; we do not guarantee SEO rankings, traffic or business results.
Protection, limits and changes
We may restrict misuse, investigate reports and change or remove content where reasonably necessary to protect the website, people or rights. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service or use it to harass others.
We are responsible as required by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable protection against fraud or deliberate misconduct. Responsibility for other losses depends on the circumstances and applicable law; no blanket waiver of your rights is intended.
