Event highlights
Savour the differences, one skewer at a time
A variety of menus, each reflecting the vendor’s own special touches, will come together, with charcoal-grilled yakitori at the heart of the event. The flavour varies from one vendor to another—not only because of the cuts of chicken used, but also because of how the skewers are prepared, the seasonings and grilling methods, and the choice of sauce or salt. With several vendors in one place, you can enjoy trying the differences one skewer at a time.
Classic options such as thigh, skin, gizzard and chicken tail are a good place to start. Choose familiar cuts or look out for each vendor’s signature creations as you search for a favourite skewer. Using the advertised differences in cuts, seasoning and grilling methods as a guide can also help you spot what makes each vendor distinctive.
Sweets and drinks will also be available alongside the yakitori. Whether you’re focusing on yakitori or want to add something sweet or a drink, there will be options to consider as you decide what to try at the venue. For details about vendors and menus, check the event’s official Instagram before your visit.
